Lugagges Storage

• If you need to store your luggage, you must notify the day before the check-out. There will be no more than 1 suitcase per passenger.
• The hotel will give you proof of custody. Only the same person will be able to pick up the luggage with the receipt, without exception.
• The storage time may not be more than 5 days. Once exceeded those days, the daily cost would be 5 USD.
• All stored luggages that are not claimed or picked up within a 3-months period, the hotel may dispose of and take the measures that it considers appropriate without any type of claim by the passenger.
• The hotel is not responsible for any loss or liability with regarding luggage contents.
